大海陀自然保护区珍稀植物胡桃楸群落特征及多样性研究

摘　　要：为了更好地保护大海陀国家级自然保护区珍稀植被,明确珍稀植物胡桃楸群落结构及多样性,2021年对保护区进行调查研究。结果表明:大海陀自然保护区胡桃楸主要分布在沟谷两侧,胡桃楸群落乔木层主要物种有4科5属5种,其中胡桃楸占绝对优势。灌木层主要物种有10科12属12种,小花溲疏和毛榛为主要伴生种。草本层主要物种有15科25属29种,其中糙苏、山尖子、荚果蕨和龙芽草为主要伴生种。胡桃楸群落灌木层和草本层Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分别为0.95和1.50,Simpson多样性指数分别为0.58和0.45,Pielou均匀度指数分别为0.95和0.74,Marglef丰富度指数分别为1.28和1.29,不同样方间差异较大。可见,群落内物种分布不均匀,物种丰富度不高,个别区域物种较为单一。总体来看,群落灌木层、草本层结构不稳定,处于不断演变的过程。In order to better protect the rare vegetation in the Dahaituo National Nature Reserve and clarify the community structure and diversity of the rare plant Juglans mandshurica,a survey and research had been conducted on the reserve in 2021.The results show that the Juglans mandshurica in the Dahaituo Nature Reserve is mainly distributed on both sides of the valley.The main species in the tree layer of the Juglans mandshurica community are 4 families,5 genera,and 5 species,with the Juglans mandshurica occupying an absolute advantage.The main species in the shrub layer are 10 families,12 genera,and 12 species,with Deutzia parviflora and Corylus mandshurica as the main companion species.The main species in the herbaceous layer include 15 families,25 genera,and 29 species,among which the main companion species are the Phlomoides umbrosa,Parasenecio hastatus,Mattuaccia Struthiopteris,Agrimonia pilosa.The average Shannon-Wiener diversity indices of the shrub and herb layers in the Juglans mandshurica community are 0.95 and 1.50,the average Simpson diversity indices are 0.58 and 0.45,the average Pielou evenness index is 0.95 and 0.74,and the average Marglef richness index is 1.28 and 1.29,which the significant differences between different directions.It can be seen that the distribution of species within the community is uneven,and overall,the species richness is not high,meanwhile some areas having relatively single species.In general,the structure of shrub and herbaceous layers is unstable and in the process of continuous evolution.
