摘 要:以永州市为研究对象,评价永州市休闲农业发展效率,为推动永州市休闲农业发展提供对策与建议。基于永州市9县2区2017—2023年休闲农业数据,构建了永州市休闲农业发展效率评价指标体系,运用SBM-DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型从静态和动态两个视角对永州市休闲农业发展效率进行评价。从静态视角来看,2017—2023年,永州市休闲农业发展的综合效率处于中高水平,效率均值为0.828,其中冷水滩区、道县休闲农业综合效率DEA有效;永州市休闲农业发展的纯技术效率均值为0.945,永州市休闲农业发展的规模效率均值为0.880。从动态视角来看,2017—2023年,永州市休闲农业全要素生产率变化指数均值为1.270,增幅达到27%,说明永州市休闲农业呈良好发展趋势。从全要素生产率变化指数的分解来看,技术进步变化均值为1.215,技术效率变化均值为1.045,永州市休闲农业全要素生产率增长主要得益于技术进步变化。对全要素生产率变化指数进行二次分解可知,纯技术进步变化对全要素生产率变化的影响最大,纯技术效率变化对全要素生产率变化的影响最小。由实证结果可知,因地制宜的调整休闲农业经营规模、加强从业人员培训教育、建立休闲农业交流合作展示平台,能有效地提高永州市休闲农业发展效率。The paper takes Yongzhou City as the research object,evaluates the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City.Based on the data of leisure agriculture in 9 counties and 2 districts of Yongzhou City from 2017 to 2023,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City.The SBM-DEA model and Malmquist index model are used to evaluate the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City from both static and dynamic perspectives.From a static perspective,from 2017 to 2023,the comprehensive efficiency of leisure agriculture development in Yongzhou City was at a medium to high level,with an average efficiency of 0.828.Among them,the comprehensive efficiency of leisure agriculture in Lengshuitan District and Dao County was effective in terms of DEA;The average pure technical efficiency of leisure agriculture development in Yongzhou City is 0.945,and the average scale efficiency of leisure agriculture development in Yongzhou City is 0.880.From a dynamic perspective,from 2017 to 2023,the average total factor productivity change index of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City was 1.270,with an increase of 27%,indicating a good development trend of leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City.From the decomposition of the total factor productivity change index,the average change in technological progress is 1.215,and the average change in technological efficiency is 1.045.The growth of total factor productivity in leisure agriculture in Yongzhou City is mainly due to changes in technological progress.According to the quadratic decomposition of the total factor productivity change index,pure technological progress has the greatest impact on total factor productivity changes,while pure technological efficiency has the smallest impact on total factor productivity changes.According to empirical results,adjusting the scale of
