不同药剂对马铃薯晚疫病的田间防治效果及安全性评价

摘  要:为筛选出适合本地防治马铃薯晚疫病的药剂,为马铃薯晚疫病综合治理提供科学依据,以6种杀菌剂为材料开展田间防病试验及安全性评价。结果表明,供试的6种药剂对马铃薯晚疫病表现出一定的防治效果,且对马铃薯生长安全,无药害。第1次施药后7 d,68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂处理的防效最高为90.38%,其次为20%氰霜唑悬浮剂、50%氟啶胺悬浮剂,防效分别为88.08%、83.68%。第4次施药后7 d防效大于60%的药剂为68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂、0.3%丁子香酚可溶液剂、20%氰霜唑悬浮剂、50%氟啶胺悬乳剂,且测产结果表明这4种药剂与清水对照相比都有一定的增产效果,因此可以在马铃薯生产上推广使用。In order to screen out the fungicides suitable for local control of potato late blight and provide scientific basis for the comprehensive control of potato late blight,six fungicides were used as materials to carry out field disease prevention test and safety evaluation.The results showed that the six tested fungicides had a certain control effect on potato late blight,and were safe and harmless to potato growth.Seven days after the first dose,the highest control effect of 68%Metalaxyl-M mancozeb WG was 90.38%,followed by 20%cyazofamid SC and 50%fluazinam SC,with the control effects of 88.08%and 83.68%,respectively.The agents with more than 60%control effect 7 days after the fourth drug were 68%Metalaxyl-M mancozeb WG,0.3%eugenol soluble solution,20%cyazofamid SC,and 50%fluazinam SC.The results showed that these four agents had a certain yield-increasing effect compared with the water control,so they were recommended to be used in potato production.
