摘　　要：[目的]研究不同浓度梯度的镁处理下桑叶生长及生理生化特性的变化,为桑树施肥提供理论依据。[方法]用不同浓度梯度的含镁营养液,处理相同生长环境下粤椹大十幼苗,测定处理后桑叶酶活性、矿质元素含量及光合特性的变化。[结果]不同浓度的含镁营养液处理桑树后,酶活性呈不同的变化趋势,矿质元素的变化趋势为低浓度的营养液处理桑叶全N含量比高浓度处理显著降低,但其Ca、Mg含量均显著增加,桑叶的光合指标均表现为Mg24>Mg6>Mg0。[结论]镁元素是桑树正常生长发育过程中必不可少的元素,Mg24是保证桑树正常生长发育的最适浓度。[Objective]This article provides a theoretical basis for the fertilization of mulberry trees by studying the changes in growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of mulberry leaves under different concentration gradients of magnesium treatment.[Method]Using magnesium containing nutrient solutions with different concentration gradients,Yueshenda 10 seedlings were treated in the same growth environment.The changes in enzyme activity,mineral element content,and photosynthetic characteristics of mulberry leaves were measured after treatment.[Result]After treating mulberry trees with different concentrations of magnesium containing nutrient solutions,enzyme activity showed different trends.The trend of mineral element changes was that the total N content of mulberry leaves was significantly reduced in low concentration nutrient solutions compared to high concentration treatments,but their Ca and Mg contents were significantly increased.The photosynthetic indicators of mulberry leaves were all Mg24>Mg6>Mg0.[Conclusion]Magnesium is an essential element in the normal growth and development of mulberry trees.Mg24 is the most suitable concentration to ensure the normal growth and development of mulberry trees.
