摘　　要：为明确北京农业专业化服务企业今后发展思路,提出有助于企业发展的政策需求建议:北京农业专业化服务企业在发展上应把握北京都市型现代农业特征,找准农业专业化服务方向;借力北京世界级科技创新成果,提升农业专业化服务企业质量;用好北京群体性农村人才队伍,提升专业化服务企业运营效益。为支持农业专业化服务企业发展,要建立以效益为导向的农业服务企业发展支持机制,建立面向农业服务型小微企业的融资支持政策,建立以带动农村就业为考核指标的激励政策。In order to clarify the future development ideas of Beijing's agricultural specialized service enterprises,policy demand suggestions that are conducive to enterprise development are proposed:Beijing agricultural specialized service enterprises should grasp the characteristics of Beijing urban modern agriculture to find the direction of agricultural specialized service;take advantage of Beijing's world-class scientific and technological innovation achievements to improve the quality of agricultural specialized service enterprises;make good use of the group rural talents in Beijing to improve the operation efficiency.In order to support the development of agricultural specialized service enterprises,it is necessary to establish a benefit-oriented support mechanism,to establish a financing support policy for agricultural service-oriented small and micro enterprises,and to establish an incentive policy to stimulate rural employment as an assessment indicator.
