摘　　要：在产业分工深化与技术革新加速的背景下,服务型制造正逐渐成为推动产业高质量发展和新质生产力培育的重要途径。文章系统阐述了服务型制造在赋能新质生产力发展中的作用及其逻辑,发现服务型制造作为产业融合升级的“助推器”,能够通过整合制造业与服务业的优势,在供给端驱动生产要素优化配置、产业结构转型升级、技术跨界融合创新,在需求端促进产品服务延伸与个性化定制、市场需求牵引式创新,进而赋能新质生产力形成及发展。与此同时,面对企业内部服务化创新能力不足及外部环境不确定性等现实问题,为进一步释放服务型制造在新质生产力发展中的潜力,亟须采取针对性的多元化策略:加强精准政策扶持,激发产业融合新活力;促进技术创新和应用,引领新兴业态萌生成长;优化人才培养体系,提升产业人才资源质量;激发跨行业合作激励,创造开放共赢的产业生态。Against the backdrop of deepening industrial division of labor and accelerating technological innovation,service-oriented manufacturing is gradually becoming an important way to promote high-quality industrial development and cultivate new quality productive forces.This article systematically elaborates on the function and logic of service-oriented manufacturing in empowering the development of new quality productive forces.It is found that service-oriented manufacturing,as a booster in industrial integration and upgrading,can drive the optimization and allocation of production factors,industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and technology cross-border integration and innovation on the supply side by integrating the advantages of manufacturing and service industries.It also promotes product and service extension and personalized customization,market demand driven innovation on the demand side,thereby empowering the formation and development of new quality productive forces.Meanwhile,faced with the practical problems of insufficient internal service-oriented innovation capability and external environmental uncertainty,in order to further unleash the potential of service-oriented manufacturing in the development of new quality productive forces,it is urgent to adopt targeted diversification strategies:Strengthen precise policy support,stimulate new vitality of industrial integration;Promote technological innovation and application,and lead the emergence and growth of emerging business models;Optimize the talent cultivation system and enhance the quality of industrial talent resources;Inspire cross industry cooperation and create an open and win-win industrial ecosystem.
