摘　　要：作为衡量现代化发展重要指标,文化以其深厚历史底蕴蓄积国家前进能量,文化叙事亦展现文化主体的价值理念赓续和社会结构变迁。新中国成立以来,中国共产党文化叙事体系构建依次经历初建、开拓与创新三个时期,呈现理论走向体系化、态势走向稳定化、体系走向协同化和形象走向国际化特征。坚持党对文化叙事方向根本领导、坚持马克思主义文化叙事方式理论遵循、坚持以人民为中心叙事理念、坚持交流互鉴叙事模式,构成新中国文化叙事宝贵经验。新时代坚持以习近平文化思想为指引,将文化发展融入国家治理体系全方位全过程,对于促进满足人民文化需求和增强人民精神力量相统一、推动社会主义先进文化大繁荣大发展、建设社会主义文化强国有着重要现实意义。As an important indicator for measuring the development of modernization,culture accumulates the driving force for the progress of the country with its profound historical heritage,and cultural narrative also demonstrates the continuation of the value concepts of cultural subjects and the changes in social structures.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the construction of the Communist Party of China’s cultural narrative system has successively gone through three stages:initial establishment,exploration,and innovation,presenting the characteristics of the systematization of theory,the stabilization of the situation,the coordination of the system,and the internationalization of the image.Adhering to the Party’s fundamental leadership over the direction of cultural narrative,adhering to the theoretical guidance of the Marxist cultural narrative approach,adhering to the people-centered narrative concept,and adhering to the narrative mode of exchanges and mutual learning constitute the precious experiences of the cultural narrative in New China.In the new era,guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on culture,integrating cultural development into all aspects and the whole process of the national governance system is of great practical significance for promoting the unity of meeting the people’s cultural needs and strengthening the people’s spiritual strength,promoting the great prosperity and development of advanced socialist culture,and building a strong socialist cultural country.
