摘 要:在产业数字化背景下,厘清数字产品进口如何影响企业污染排放量,“杰文斯悖论”是否存在以及企业如何走出“杰文斯悖论”等问题,对推动中国制造业绿色转型具有重要的政策启示。文章基于微观匹配数据,实证检验了数字产品进口对制造业企业污染排放量的影响。结果表明:数字产品进口与企业污染排放量之间呈倒U型关系,存在“杰文斯悖论”,且倒U型关系在第一梯队地区、低技术行业、非加工贸易企业、来自高收入国家的数字产品进口以及数字最终品进口中更显著。在数字产品进口初期,能源需求回弹是产生“杰文斯悖论”的原因;产业结构升级和能源结构改善是数字产品进口推动企业减排的主要渠道。吸收能力对倒U型关系产生调节作用,吸收能力高的企业倒U型曲线拐点向左偏移,可以更早地走出“杰文斯悖论”。因此,提高吸收能力,加速制造业转型升级是企业破解数字时代“杰文斯悖论”的有效路径。In the context of industrial digitalization,clarifying how digital product imports affect the pollution emissions of enterprises,whether the“Jevons Paradox”exists,and how enterprises can get out of the“Jevons Paradox”has important policy implications for promoting the green transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.Based on the micro-matched data,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital product imports on pollution emission of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that:There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between digital product imports and pollution emissions,which implies the exist of the“Jevons Paradox”.The inverted U-shaped relationship is more significant in the first-tier regions,low-tech industries,non-processing trade enterprises,digital final products,and digital product imports from high-income countries.The rebound in energy demand is the reason for the“Jevons Paradox”in the early stage of digital product imports.The upgrading of industrial structure and improvement of energy structure are the main channels through which digital products imports promote emission reduction.The moderating effect of absorptive capacity on the inverted U-shape relationship is significant.The inflection points of enterprises with high absorptive capacity shift to the left,which implies the enterprise could get out of“Jevons Paradox”sooner.Therefore,improving the absorptive capacity and accelerating the upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry is an effective way for enterprises to crack the“Jevons Paradox”.
