摘 要:采用自制三维电极电化学反应器,以模拟苯酚废水为处理对象,考察了活性炭和石英砂填充物配比、出水流速等因素对苯酚和COD处理效果的影响。其中在苯酚浓度为200 mg/L、电流为恒流2 A、填充物配比为9:1、流量为16 mL/min的条件下,采用中间出水时,苯酚去除率为98.6%,能耗为5.67 kWh/kg,COD去除率为83.8%,能耗为2.90 kWh/kg。实验结果表明,加入一定比例的石英砂对COD处理效果有显著提高,而且加入石英砂后处理苯酚和COD的能耗均有不同程度的降低。A self-made three-dimensional electrode electrochemical reactor was used to treat simulated phenol wastewater in this study,and the influence of factors such as the ratio of activated carbon and quartz sand fillers and the flow rate of effluent on the treatment efficiency of phenol and COD was investigated.Under the conditions of a phenol concentration of 200 mg/L,a constant current of 2 A,a filler ratio of 9:1,and a flow rate of 16 ml/min,the removal rate of phenol was 98.6%,the energy consumption was 5.67 kWh/kg,and the COD removal rate was 83.8%,with an energy consumption of 2.90 kWh/kg when using intermediate effluent.The experimental results showed that the COD treatment efficiency was significantly improved,and the energy consumption was reduced when a certain proportion of quartz sand was added.
