摘 要:仅依靠仪器监测无法全面体现出老旧房屋的健康状况,需要结合常态化的房屋安全隐患巡检排查,才能长期有效地实现老旧房屋安全监控管理。文章首先分析了目前老旧房屋安全隐患巡检排查作业中的痛难点;接着设计了老旧房屋智能巡检APP和房屋健康码,最后基于理论研究、行业标准以及工程经验,优化出了一套切实可行的老旧房屋安全隐患智能化巡视检查作业体系。将该巡查作业应用于广东某区域的老旧房屋安全监测中,从实际反映情况来看,该套作业体系可以高效地对老旧房屋进行安全监控,根据总结出的老旧房屋安全隐患排查重点可以更加全面、快捷地发现老旧房屋存在的安全隐患。Only relying on instrument monitoring can not fully reflect the health status of old houses,and it is necessary to combine the normal inspection and investigation of housing safety hazards in order to effectively realize the safety monitoring and management of old houses for a long time.Firstly,analyzes the pain and difficulty in the inspection and investigation of the safety hazards of the old buildings;Then the old house intelligent inspection APP and house health code are designed.Finally,based on theoretical research,industry standards and engineering experience,a feasible intelligent inspection system for the safety hazards of old houses is optimized.The inspection operation is applied to the safety monitoring of old houses in a certain area of Guangdong Province.From the actual situation,the operation system can efficiently monitor the safety of old houses,and the safety hidden dangers of old houses can be found more comprehensively and quickly according to the summarized safety hidden dangers of old houses.
