基坑支护及桩基础工程施工对周边建筑物安全影响评估

摘  要:随着城市化进程的加快,基坑工程和桩基础工程得到广泛应用,如何确定施工对周边建筑物的安全影响逐渐成为了一个重要议题。文章采用MIDAS/GTS等数值计算软件,通过模拟基坑开挖和人工挖孔桩施工的全过程,评估了施工对周边建筑物的变形影响。结果表明,在本项目基坑开挖及挖孔桩施工过程中,传统理论计算与数值模拟得到的支护结构最大水平变形分别为12.89 mm和10.43 mm,均满足规范30 mm的控制要求,支护方案合理可行;西侧北区塔楼的最大水平位移为5.43 mm,层间最大水平位移为0.174 mm,最大竖向位移为2.15 mm,最大倾斜率为0.006 3%,均符合规范要求;北侧农民房的最大水平位移为1.40 mm,最大竖向位移为11.21 mm,最大倾斜率为0.002 1%,均在安全可控范围内;基坑开挖和桩基施工会对周边建筑物有一定影响,但影响可控,变形较小。研究成果为城市基坑支护及桩基础工程施工影响周边建筑物的安全风险评估提供了理论支撑,对于其他类似的施工工程具有重要的借鉴意义。With the acceleration of urbanization,pit excavation projects and pile foundation engineering have been widely used.Determining the safety impact of construction on surrounding buildings has gradually become an important issue.Employs numerical calculation software such as MIDAS/GTS to simulate the entire process of pit excavation and manual drilling pile construction,assessing the deformation impacts on surrounding buildings caused by construction.The results show that during the excavation and pile construction of this project,the maximum horizontal deformation of the support structures calculated by traditional theory and numerical simulation were 12.89 mm and 10.43 mm,respectively,both meeting the regulatory requirement of 30 mm,confirming that the support scheme is reasonable and feasible.The maximum horizontal displacement of the northern tower in the west area was 5.43 mm,the maximum interlayer horizontal displacement was 0.174 mm,the maximum vertical displacement was 2.15 mm,and the maximum inclination rate was 0.0063%,all within regulatory limits.The maximum horizontal displacement of the farmhouse on the north side was 1.40 mm,the maximum vertical displacement was 11.21 mm,and the maximum inclination rate was 0.0021%,all within a safe and controllable range.Excavation and pile construction impact surrounding buildings,but the effects are controllable and the deformations are minor.The findings provide theoretical support for assessing safety risks to buildings near urban pit support and pile foundation projects,and are of significant reference value for similar construction projects.
