摘 要:地铁车辆基地在保障地铁安全运行、提升品质和系统维护等方面发挥着重要作用。文章从带上盖物业开发场段的3种主要结构形式出发,通过对比归纳总结以及典型结构计算分析的方式,分别从结构概念设计及工程经济性对比中,分析比较3种结构形式各自的优劣。研究表明,针对上盖开发近100 m的结构体系,建议优先选取型钢混凝土结构形式,既保证结构整体承载能力,又可确保节点形式的成熟可靠以及现场施工的便捷。研究可为后续工程建设提供结构选型的依据。The subway vehicle base plays a significant role in ensuring the safe operation,enhancing the quality,and maintaining the system.This article starts from the three main structural forms of the over-roof property development site,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three structural forms through contrastive summation,typical structural calculation,and analysis in terms of structural concept design and engineering economy.Research shows that the development of a nearly 100 m structural system on the top cover,it is recommended to prioritize the steel reinforced concrete structure form,which not only ensures the overall bearing capacity of the structure,but also ensures the maturity and reliability of the node form and the convenience of on-site construction.The study provides the basis for structural selection of the subsequent engineering construction.
