摘 要:在腈纶生产过程中,聚合反应是关键环节之一。鉴于聚合反应的复杂性和危险性,通过对聚合反应原理及其危险性、安全控制系统设计注意事项的分析,找到安全设计的保障措施。采用对比分析研究方法,分别对安全控制系统设计中安全泄放系统、DCS阀门仪表及DCS连锁方式、SIS阀门仪表及SIS连锁方式、可燃/有毒气体连锁的设置进行研究对比,从而得到符合国家重点监管工艺设计规定的安全控制系统,通过合理设置温度、压力、液位控制以及紧急停车系统和安全联锁系统,可以有效地保障生产安全。In the production process of acrylic fiber,polymerization reaction is one of the key links.Because of the complexity and danger of polymerization reactions,the principles and dangers of polymerization reac-tions as well as the design considerations for safety control systems were analyzed in order to find safeguard measures for safety design.Using a comparative analysis research method,the safety relief system,DCS valve instruments and DCS interlocking mode,SIS valve instruments,SIS interlocking mode,and the setting of combustible/toxic gas interlocking in the design of safety control systems are studied and compared,a safety control system that complies with national key regulatory process design regulations can be obtained.By reasonably setting temperature,pressure,liquid level control,emergency stop system,and safety inter-locking system,production safety can be effectively guaranteed.
