摘　　要：采用熔体直纺技术,在日本进口TMT卷绕机上,研制开发一步法44 dtex/18 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)。通过对喷丝板板面的设计、组件过滤材料的配比、中间网络的配置、冷却工艺的优化、上油方式以及工艺参数的调整,确定了44 dtex/18 f涤纶FDY的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,当侧吹风风速为0.45 m/s,采用油轮上油方式,GR1热辊温度为(81±2)℃,GR2热辊温度为(131±2)℃,卷绕速度为4200 m/min时,总体纺丝状况及产品综合性能良好,所纺产品得到客户的一致好评。A one-step 44 dtex/18 f polyester fully-drawn yarn(FDY)was developed by using melt direct spinning technology and imported TMT winding machine from Japan.The optimum preparation process of 44 dtex/18 f polyester FDY was determined by the design of the spinneret surface,the proportion of the com⁃ponent filter material,the configuration of the intermediate network,the optimization of the cooling process,the oiling method and the adjustment of the process parameters.The results show that when the side blow⁃ing wind speed is 0.45 m/s,oil tanker loading method is adopted,GR1 hot roll temperature is(81±2)℃,GR2 hot roll temperature is(131±2)℃,and the winding speed is 4200 m/min,the overall spinning condition and comprehensive performance of the products are good,and the products are praised by customers.
