摘 要:在参考帝斯曼蠕变试验条件的基础上,探讨了抗蠕变超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝蠕变性能测试的温度、负荷、时间等重要试验条件。结果表明,温度采用70℃,负荷采用3.093cN/dtex(300MPa),时间采用400h,可作为抗蠕变超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝的蠕变性能测试条件。同时,还论述了抗蠕变超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝的蠕变性能评价项目,在上述试验条件下,可联合采用100 h蠕变伸长率、10%蠕变伸长率时间、24~100h平均蠕变速率评价抗蠕变超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝的蠕变性能。On the basis of DSM’s creep test conditions,the important test conditions such as temperature,load,and time for testing the creep resistance of creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament were discussed.The results indicate that a temperature of 70℃,a load of 3.093 cN/dtex(300 MPa),and a time of 400 h can be used as testing conditions for the creep resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament.At the same time,the creep performance evaluation items of creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament were also discussed.Under the above test conditions,the creep performance of creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament can be evaluated by com-bining 100 h of creep elongation,10%of creep elongation time,and 24-100 h of average creep rate.
