摘  要:在传统的FDY自动化包装生产线中,原厂家设计采用单类型木栈板进行码垛,但无法满足实际生产中需要的多类型栈板码垛包装的需求。针对这一问题,对自动化包装系统进行了重新设计和改造,对码垛工位增加了定位气缸,并在辅料上线处引入了塑料共享栈板拆盘机和链式输送机。通过对机器人程序编译的调试,实现了智能包装线对多类型栈板的识别定位,并让机器人进行分类栈板定位码垛包装。设计方案不仅提高了自动化包装生产线的灵活性和适应性,还大幅提升了生产效率,包装线运行稳定,为聚酯工厂规模化的生产包装提供了可靠保障。In the traditional FDY automated packaging production line,the original manufacturer designed to use single type wooden pallets for stacking,but it can’t meet the needs of multi-type pallet stacking packaging in actual production.In order to solve this problem,the automatic packaging system was rede-signed and transformed,locating cylinder was added to the palletizing station,and plastic shared pallet dis-mantling machines and chain conveyors were introduced at the auxiliary material line.By compiling and de-bugging the robot program,the intelligent packaging line is realized to identify and position the multi-type pallets,and let the robot to classify the stack plate positioning palletizing packaging.The design scheme not only improves the flexibility and adaptability of the automatic packaging production line,but also greatly im-proves the production efficiency.The packaging line has a stable operation,which provides a reliable guar-antee for the large-scale production and packaging of the polyester factory.
