掺玄武岩纤维再生混凝土的力学性能研究

摘  要:为改善再生混凝土强度低、性能差的缺点,以室内试验的方法,制作不同体积分数玄武岩纤维再生混凝土试件,测试其4项基本力学性能参数,并以韧性指数法评估再生混凝土梁的弯曲性能。结果表明:立方体抗压强度试验归一化应力应变均可以大致分为上升阶段和下降阶段,拟合的立方体抗压强度本构关系具有较高的可靠性;随着玄武岩纤维体积分数的增加,立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度的曲线均呈现先增加后减小并趋于稳定的变化趋势;轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度之间的比值范围为0.67~0.69;劈裂抗拉强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势,抗折强度呈现非线性增加并趋于收敛的变化趋势;建议再生混凝土中添加玄武岩纤维的体积分数不超过0.4%;韧性指数I5呈现线性增加并趋于稳定的变化趋势,韧性指数I10和I20呈现非线性增加的趋势,相同体积分数玄武岩纤维条件下,韧性指数I5、I10和I20依次增大。In order to improve the shortcomings of low strength and poor performance of recycled concrete,different volume fraction basalt fiber recycled concrete specimens were made using laboratory testing meth-ods,and their four basic mechanical performance parameters were tested.The flexural performance of recy-cled concrete beams was evaluated using the toughness index method.The results show that the normalized stress-strain relationship of the cube compressive strength test can be roughly divided into the rising stage and the falling stage.The fitted cube compressive strength constitutive relationship has high reliability.The curves of cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength show a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and tending to stabilize,while the volume fraction of basalt fiber increase.The axial compres-sive strength and cubic compressive strength ratio is between 0.67 and 0.69.The splitting tensile strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the flexural strength shows a non-linear in-crease and tends to converge.It is recommended that the volume fraction of basalt fiber reinforced recycled concrete should not exceed 0.4%.The toughness index I5 shows a linear increase and tends to stabilize,while the toughness indices I10 and I20 show a non-linear increase.Under the same volume fraction of basalt fiber conditions,the toughness indices I5,I10,and I20 increase sequentially.
