永磁同步电机驱动器的设计

摘  要:为了能够较好地控制永磁同步电机,采用矢量控制算法设计了永磁同步电机驱动器,并设计了各电路模块的原理图和印刷电路板(printed circuit board, PCB)。实验得到驱动器在电流环、速度环和位置环下响应速度均能控制在0.5 s以内,稳定运行时的噪声波动在±5%范围内,表明驱动器的性能足以驱使永磁同步电机良好工作。To enhance the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a PMSM control driver was developed using a vector control algorithm.The schematic diagram and printed circuit board(PCB)for each circuit module were designed.Testing confirmed that the driver’s response speed remained within 0.5 seconds across the current,velocity,and position loops.Additionally,noise fluctuations were maintained within±5%during stable operation.The results indicate that the driver’s performance is adequate to ensure the efficient operation of the PMSM.
