摘　　要：随着社会经济的高速发展和城市化的不断推进,建筑固废产生量逐年增加。建筑固废不仅占用大量土地资源,还对环境造成严重污染。当前,传统的减量化措施已难以有效应对日益增长的建筑固废问题,资源化利用成了一种重要的解决途径。在国家绿色发展战略的推动下,建筑固废综合利用项目的发展空间逐渐扩大。建筑固废综合利用项目通常由多条生产线组成,如何合理确定各条生产线的成本及收入成为对其进行财务分析的关键。通过对多条生产线组成的建筑固废综合利用工业园项目进行财务分析,探讨了适用于此类项目的财务分析方法,并结合具体实例进行了详细的应用分析。通过合理的财务分析评估了项目的经济可行性,为类似项目的财务分析提供了思路与借鉴。Construction solid waste not only occupies a large amount of land resources,but also causes serious pollution to the environment.At present,traditional reduction measures are difficult to effectively deal with the growing problem of construction solid waste,and resource utilization has become an important solution.Driven by the national green development strategy,the development space of construction solid waste comprehensive utilization projects has gradually expanded.Construction solid waste comprehensive utilization projects usually consist of multiple production lines,and how to reasonably determine the cost and income of each production line has become the key to its financial analysis.Based on the financial analysis of the construction solid waste comprehensive utilization industrial park project composed of multiple production lines,this paper discusses the financial analysis methods applicable to such projects,and makes a detailed application analysis with spe-cific examples.The economic feasibility of the project is evaluated through reasonable financial analysis,which provides ideas and references for the financial analysis of similar projects.
