摘　　要：在全球气候变化与中国“双碳”目标的双重驱动下,山西省建筑领域能源环境问题日益凸显,确保新型建筑技术的推广应用是当前山西建筑业高质量绿色发展的关键。通过对山西省建筑能源消费和碳排放现状的深入分析,透视影响建筑业能源效率和碳排放的关键因素,研究提出了一套系统的技术推广路径,通过多方协同、制度设计和科技倡导,旨在实现建筑领域的“双碳”目标,为山西省和国内建筑业可持续发展提供可行的科技支持和智力支撑。Based on in-depth analysis of the current situation of building energy consumption and carbon emis-sion in Shanxi province,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the energy efficiency and carbon emission of the building industry,and puts forward a set of systematic technology popularization paths,through multi-party collaboration,institutional design and scientific and technological advocacy,the aim is to achieve the“Double carbon”target in the construction sector.For Shanxi province and even China’s sustainable develop-ment of the construction industry to provide feasible scientific and technological support and intellectual sup-port.
