摘 要:普通混凝土的抗拉强度远低于抗压强度,导致其抗裂性能差,为弥补这一缺陷,提出一种新型混凝土材料--菠萝叶纤维混凝土。通过设计正交试验,开展不同体积分数下菠萝叶纤维混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度试验研究,对比分析素混凝土和菠萝叶纤维的破坏模式、力学性能变化规律,寻找菠萝叶纤维的最优掺量。结果表明:随着菠萝叶纤维掺量的增加,混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最优掺量分别为0.3%、0.45%。The tensile strength of ordinary concrete is much lower than its compressive strength,resulting in poor crack resistance.To compensate for this deficiency,this paper proposes a new type of concrete material-pineapple leaf fiber concrete.By designing orthogonal experiments,experimental research was conducted on the compressive strength and flexural strength of pineapple leaf fiber reinforced concrete at different volume fractions.The failure modes and mechanical performance changes of plain concrete and pineapple leaf fiber re-inforced concrete were compared and analyzed to find the optimal dosage of pineapple leaf fiber.The results showed that with the increase of pineapple leaf fiber concrete content,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the optimal content being 0.3%and 0.45%respectively.
