摘 要:不同来源粉煤灰的物化性质存在较大差异,粉煤灰中含钙组分对所制备的胶凝产物的宏观性能具有重大影响。以低钙粉煤灰A和高钙粉煤灰B为主要原材料,协同脱硫石膏、电石泥、水泥制备四元复合胶凝材料,测定复合胶凝材料流动性、析水性、耐水性及无侧限抗压强度等性能。结果表明,B制备的复合胶凝材料流动性小,流动性、耐水性及无侧限抗压强度优于A制备的复合胶凝材料,氧化钙含量对复合胶凝材料力学性能影响较大。氧化钙含量高的粉煤灰活性更高,以火山灰效应为主;氧化钙含量低的粉煤灰活性较低,以填充作用为主。The physical and chemical properties of fly ash from different sources differ greatly and the calcium content of fly ash has a significant impact on the macroscopic properties of the prepared cementitious products.Low-calcium fly ash A and high-calcium fly ash B were used as the main raw materials to prepare the tetrameric composite cementitious materials in cooperation with desulfurisation gypsum,calcium carbide sludge and cement and the properties of the composite cementitious materials such as mobility,water precipitation,water resistance and unconfined compressive strength were tested.The results show that the composite cementitious material prepared by B has small fluidity and its fluidity,water resistance and unconfined compressive strength are better than those prepared by A.The calcium oxide content has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of composite cementitious materials and the fly ash with high calcium oxide content has higher activity with the volcanic ash effect as the main effect,while the fly ash with low calcium oxide content has lower activity with the filling effect as the main effect.
