摘 要:为了探究不同超前支护方式对软岩小净距隧道变形的影响,以巫云开高速公路望乐隧道为背景,通过数值模拟结合现场监测数据,分析了4种超前支护措施的效果。研究结果表明:无超前支护情况下隧道变形较大;小导管支护能显著降低变形,最大降幅为19.20%~21.60%;管棚+小导管的组合支护进一步减少了变形,稳定在2.80%~3.90%;相较于管棚+小导管超前支护,单独使用管棚进一步减变效果较弱,仅为0.60%~1.50%。此外,后行洞的开挖对先行洞产生了显著的扰动效应。基于变形控制效果和成本考量,建议采用管棚与小导管的组合支护方式,以实现成本效益和施工安全,为类似工程提供参考。To explore the influence of different advance support methods on the deformation of soft rock small spacing tunnels,this paper takes Wangle Tunnel of Wuyunkai Expressway as the background,and analyzes the effect of four kinds of advance support measures through numerical simulation combined with field monitoring data.The results show that the tunnel deformation is large without advance support.The small pipe support can significantly reduce the deformation,and the maximum reduction is 19.20%~21.60%.The combined support of pipe shed+small pipe further reduces the deformation and stabilizes at 2.80%~3.90%;compared with the pipe shed+small catheter advance support,the further reduction effect of the pipe shed alone is weak,only 0.60%~1.50%.In addition,the excavation of the rear tunnel has a significant disturbance effect on the front tunnel.Based on the consideration of deformation control effect and cost,it is suggested to adopt the combined support method of pipe shed and small pipe to achieve cost-effectiveness and construction safety,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
