摘　　要：不同牛只品种通过中药诱导成黄的机理基本一致,但因牛只品种不同,其消化特性也存在差别,且因牛只个体大小等多因素影响成黄质量。因此,需要结合牛只特性探索标准配方及用量,并对其进行合理调整。研究优选荷斯坦牛为试验对象,以中药灌喂法配合青贮,并与中药配伍,诱导牛胆囊炎症反应,通过胆汁瘀滞促进牛黄生成。结果显示:对培黄6个月的荷斯坦牛取黄,得到了优质牛黄,其质量和品质均达到了理想的效果。目前,此工艺主要是通过灌喂的方法进行,因而工作量较大,有待进一步完善。研究提示:应根据牛只特性进行饲喂,以提高牛黄的生产率。The mechanism of the formation of bezoar by different cattle breeds induced by traditional Chinese medicine is basically the same,but due to the differences between cattle breeds,their digestive characteristics also vary,and the quality of bezoar is affected by many other factors,such as the individual size of the cattle.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the standard formula and dosage in combination with the characteristics of the cattle and make reasonable adjustments.In this study,Holstein cattle were selected as the experimental subjects.The method involved administering traditional Chinese medicine through feeding,combined with silage,and paired with the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicines to induce inflammatory reaction in the bovine gallbladders and promote the formation of bezoar through bile stasis.The results showed that after cultivating bezoar for 6 months in Holstein cattle,the obtained bezoar was of high quality;both its quality and quality reached the ideal effect.At present,this process is mainly carried out by the method of gavage,which involves a large amount of work and needs to be further improved.It is suggested that feeding should be carried out according to the characteristics of the cattle to improve the productivity of bezoar.
