摘  要:大型企业自建通信网络已成为提升信息化建设水平的有效手段,但建设成本高、施工周期长、后期维护难也是“通病”。因此,本文以某水利工程为例对低成本建设水利专网加以研究。文章通过结合该工程一期自建光缆骨干网的经验,对二期骨干网进行优化:骨干网采用自建光缆模式,枢纽站点微波备份,征地困难和偏远站点只采用微波接入。跨本地网的专线租赁费用过高,宜采用自建微波降低成本。研究结果表明,无论是建设难度还是综合成本,微波技术在平原地区依然有着不可比拟的优势。The construction of self-owned communication networks by large enterprises has become an effective means to enhance the level of information technology infrastructure.However,high construction costs,long construction periods,and difficult maintenance are common challenges.This paper explores low-cost solutions for constructing water conservancy dedicated networks using a specific water conservancy project as an example.By integrating the experience from the first phase of the project’s self-built optical fiber backbone network,the second phase is optimized as follows:the backbone network adopts a self-built optical fiber mode with microwave backup for hub sites,while microwave access is used for sites with difficult land acquisition and remote locations.For inter-local network leased lines with high costs,self-built microwave systems are recommended to reduce expenses.The study concludes that,in terms of both construction difficulty and overall cost,microwave technology still holds unparalleled advantages in plain areas.
