摘 要:在信息化时代,在防汛抗旱工作中应用信息技术,可全面收集汛期内水利工程运行的各种数据信息,精准预测洪涝灾害的发生情况,并及时做出风险预警。本文首先对防汛抗旱工作中水利信息化的应用意义展开了分析,然后探讨了防汛抗旱工作中水利信息化的应用体现,并提出加大水利信息化设备投入力度、构建完善的水利行业规范、强化水利信息化系统建设的应用、建立专业化的信息技术人才队伍等水利信息化应用措施,希望能有效提高区域的防汛抗旱能力。In the information age,water conservancy information construction in flood control and drought relief can comprehensively collect various data information of water conservancy project operation during the flood season,accurately predict the occurrence of flood disasters,and make timely risk early warning.This paper first analyzes the application significance of water conservancy information in flood control and drought relief work,and then discusses the application embodiment of water conservancy information in flood control and drought relief work,and proposes such application measures as increasing investment in water conservancy information equipment,constructing perfect water conservancy industry norms,strengthening the application of water conservancy information system construction,and establishing professional information technology personnel.It is hoped that it can effectively improve the regional capacity of flood control and drought resistance.
