摘 要:随着运行时间的累积,洁净车间的净化空调系统可能会积聚细菌,对人体健康构成潜在风险。为防止污染,必须对其系统进行定期消毒。本文对臭氧在洁净车间空调领域的消毒优势进行了综述。因其强氧化性,作为一种高效、广泛、安全的消毒介质,可避免二次污染。而且臭氧适应性强,可以简化工艺流程,灵活调节浓度,避免化学残留,在生态和环境保护方面具有显著优势。因此,臭氧在保持洁净车间消毒方面具有巨大的潜力和价值。With prolonged operation,purification air conditioning systems in clean workshops may accumulate bacteria,posing potential risks to human health.To prevent contamination,periodic disinfection of these systems is essential.This paper reviews the application advantages of ozone disinfection in clean workshop air conditioning systems.Ozone,characterized by its strong oxidative properties,is considered an efficient,wide-ranging,rapid,and safe disinfection medium that avoids secondary pollution.Its adaptability simplifies processes,enables flexible concentration adjustment,and avoids chemical residues,highlighting its significant advantages for ecological and environmental protection.Thus,ozone demonstrates great potential and value in maintaining disinfection in clean workshop areas.
