摘 要:随着医院门急诊及住院量的急剧增长,处方和医嘱量也不断增加,仅依靠药师人工审核已无法满足日益严格的用药管理规范要求,急需借助信息化智能化手段对处方和医嘱进行提前干预、实时监控、动态分析,以信息技术辅助人工审核,提高审核效率及精准度,减少用药错误,保障病人用药安全,促进临床合理用药,转变药学服务模式,减少医疗纠纷,促进医院药学质量发展。With the rapid increase in outpatient,emergency,and inpatient volumes in hospitals,the number of prescriptions and medical orders has also surged.Relying solely on pharmacists’manual review is no longer sufficient to meet the increasingly stringent requirements for medication management.There is an urgent need to leverage information technology and intelligent means to provide early intervention,real-time monitoring,and dynamic analysis of prescriptions and medical orders.By assisting manual review with information technology,the efficiency and accuracy of the review process can be improved,medication errors can be reduced,patient medication safety can be ensured,clinical rational medication use can be promoted,the pharmacy service model can be transformed,medical disputes can be minimized,and the quality of hospital pharmacy services can be enhanced.
