摘　　要：随着医疗信息化进程的加速,信息源数据规范管理在DRG(诊断相关组)分组中的应用日益受到重视。本文通过系统分析信息源数据规范管理的核心理论、原则与方法,探讨了其在DRG分组中的具体应用及挑战。研究发现,信息源数据的准确性、完整性和规范性直接影响DRG分组的精确度和可靠性。为此,文章提出了一系列针对性举措,这些举措的实施显著提高了DRG分组的准确性,优化了医疗资源配置,提升了医院管理效率。With the acceleration of the medical informatization process,the application of standardized management of information source data in Diagnosis-Related Groups(DRG)grouping is increasingly valued.This paper systematically analyzes the core theories,principles,and methods of standardized management of information source data and explores its specific applications and challenges in DRG grouping.The study finds that the accuracy,completeness,and standardization of information source data directly affect the precision and reliability of DRG grouping.To address this,the paper proposes a series of targeted measures.The implementation of these measures significantly improves the accuracy of DRG grouping,optimizes the allocation of medical resources,and enhances hospital management efficiency.
