摘　　要：本文旨在探讨信息化技术在电力工程施工项目管理中的应用,旨在提升管理效率与质量。通过分析信息化技术对项目管理的深远变革及挑战,提出应对策略,详细阐述了信息化技术在办公自动化、招投标、设计计算、项目管理、自动化控制及远程监控等方面的应用。最终结论显示,信息化技术将向智能化、数字化与云化、大数据与物联网融合、绿色化与可持续发展及标准化方向发展,可为电力工程施工项目管理带来显著提升,促进行业进步。This paper aims to explore the application of information technology in the management of power engineering construction projects to enhance management efficiency and quality.By analyzing the profound changes and challenges that information technology brings to project management,this study proposes corresponding strategies and provides a detailed discussion on the application of information technology in office automation,bidding and tendering,design calculation,project management,automated control,and remote monitoring.The final conclusion indicates that information technology will develop towards intelligence,digitalization and cloud computing,integration with big data and the Internet of Things,green and sustainable development,and standardization.These advancements can significantly improve the management of power engineering construction projects and promote industry progress.
