道路项目施工机械设备安全管理研究

摘　　要：本文对高港大道改扩建工程施工机械设备存在的安全问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的改进措施。该工程涉及桥梁、路基、路面及排水等多个方面的施工,需要大量的机械设备。目前存在的问题主要有设备维修管理不到位、操作人员培训不够、设备配置不合理、环境适应能力差等。通过建立完善的安全管理制度,加强对操作人员的培训与教育,加强设备的维护与检查,加强应急管理与监督,不仅可以有效地减少设备失效及安全事故的发生,而且可以提高施工效率,提高工程质量。This paper investigates the safety issues associated with construction machinery and equipment in the Gaogang Avenue reconstruction and expansion project and proposes corresponding improvement measures.The project involves multiple aspects of construction,including bridges,subgrades,pavements,and drainage,requiring a large number of mechanical equipment.The existing problems mainly include inadequate maintenance management of equipment,insufficient training for operators,unreasonable equipment configuration,and poor environmental adaptability.By establishing a comprehensive safety management system,enhancing the training and education of operators,strengthening equipment maintenance and inspection,and improving emergency management and supervision,not only can equipment failures and safety accidents be effectively reduced,but construction efficiency and engineering quality can also be improved.
