摘　　要：稽核工作是保障企业运营安全、有效防范各类风险的关键环节。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,稽核工作的重要性日益凸显。本文研究了企业合同智能稽核系统,分析了其功能,如合同检索导入、信息解析提取、内容审查、报告自动生成;指出了系统优势,并表明了具体的应用场景,阐述了设计思路,介绍了系统的实现要点,最后探讨了构建智能合同审阅系统对传统工作方式的改变。研究结果表明,AI智能稽核系统有助于企业提升稽核工作质量和效率,降低人力成本,实现风险预警,保障运营安全,为相关领域的理论发展和实践应用提供参考,推动智能稽核技术进步。Auditing is a critical component in ensuring the operational security of enterprises and effectively preventing various risks.In today's increasingly competitive market,the importance of auditing work is becoming more prominent.This paper studies an intelligent audit system for enterprise contracts,analyzing its functions such as contract search and import,information parsing and extraction,content review,and automatic report generation.It highlights the system's advantages,specifies application scenarios,elaborates on the design philosophy,introduces the key points of system implementation,and finally discusses the changes that the construction of an intelligent contract review system brings to traditional working methods.The research results indicate that AI-based intelligent audit systems help enterprises enhance the quality and efficiency of auditing work,reduce labor costs,achieve risk early warning,ensure operational security,provide references for theoretical development and practical application in related fields,and promote the advancement of intelligent audit technology.
