摘　　要：The 2025 Munich Security Conference(MSC)was held from February 14 to 16 in Munich,Germany,amid profound shifts in global power dynamics.Since its inception in 1963,the MSC has served as a vital forum for addressing the pressing security issues of the time.This year,the conference drew the participation of over 60 heads of state,as well as 150 ministers,underscoring the growing importance nations attach to participation in shaping the future of international relations.
