氨甲环酸联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血预防及睡眠改善的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察按照氨甲环酸联合卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产后出血以及对产妇睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2023年6月至12月福建省厦门市妇幼保健院运用卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产后出血产妇40例作为对照组,2024年1月至6月使用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合氨甲环酸预防产后出血产妇40例作为观察组。针对2组产后睡眠质量、出血量、凝血功能以及失眠症状评分比较。结果:经治疗后观察组PSQI评分较对照组低(P<0.05);产后出血量观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);凝血功能观察组各凝血时间指标低于对照组,D二聚体高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组失眠ISI指数评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:按照氨甲环酸联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血进行预防,可以降低产后出血量,提升产妇睡眠质量,并改善凝血功能。Objective:To observe the effects of tranexamic acid combined with carboprost tromethamine in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and improving sleep quality in postpartum women.Methods:A total of 80 postpartum women were selected for the study.The control group(n=40)consisted of women who received carboprost tromethamine for postpartum hemorrhage prevention from June to December 2023.The observation group(n=40)consisted of women who received a combination of carboprost tromethamine and tranexamic acid from January to June 2024.Postpartum sleep quality,blood loss,coagulation function,and insomnia symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group had a significantly lower PSQI score compared to the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Coagulation function indicators,including coagulation times,were significantly better in the observation group,while D-dimer levels were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group had significantly lower ISI scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tranexamic acid combined with carboprost tromethamine can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage,reduce blood loss,improve sleep quality,and enhance coagulation function in postpartum women.
