摘　　要：目的:探讨心舒宝片联合替格瑞洛对冠心病心绞痛患者脂肪细胞因子和睡眠指标的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年2月福州市长乐区人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者122例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组接受替格瑞洛治疗,观察组接受心舒宝片联合替格瑞洛治疗,2组患者均治疗8周。对比2组脂肪细胞因子瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(ADP)、内脂素(Visfatin)、阿森斯失眠量表评分(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)和多导睡眠监测参数。结果:治疗后,2组LEP、Visfatin、PSQI、AIS、ESS评分、微觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏期下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ADP、睡眠效率、总睡眠时间升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心舒宝片及替格瑞洛治疗冠心病心绞痛患者疗效显著,可改善患者的脂肪细胞因子和睡眠相关指标,促进临床转归。Objective:To investigate the effects of Xinshubao tablets combined with ticagrelor on adipocytokines and sleep indicators in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)angina.Methods:A total of 122 patients with CHD angina treated at the People′s Hospital of Changle District,Fuzhou,from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 61 patients in each group.The control group received ticagrelor treatment,while the observation group received Xinshubao tablets combined with ticagrelor treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The adipocytokines leptin(LEP),adiponectin(ADP),visfatin,and the scores on the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),and polysomnography parameters were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in LEP,visfatin,PSQI,AIS,ESS scores,micro-arousal frequency,and sleep latency(P<0.05),and a significant increase in ADP,sleep efficiency,and total sleep time(P<0.05).The observation group showed a significantly better improvement than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinshubao tablets combined with ticagrelor is highly effective in treating CHD angina patients.It significantly improves adipocytokines and sleep-related indicators,promoting clinical outcomes.
