栝楼瞿麦散加减治疗上热下寒型干燥症伴睡眠障碍患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察栝楼瞿麦散加减治疗上热下寒型干燥症伴睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年12月三明市第一医院收治的上热下寒型干燥症伴睡眠障碍患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,包括泼尼松片和羟氯喹片,观察组联合栝楼瞿麦散加减治疗。对比2组治疗总有效率及治疗前后干燥症状中医症状积分、失眠评分、免疫功能指标,记录不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的中医症状积分、失眠评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);2组治疗前的血清免疫功能指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后血清免疫功能指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:栝楼瞿麦散加减治疗上热下寒型干燥症伴睡眠障碍疗效理想,对患者临床症状改善明显,有助于提升免疫功能,且具有良好安全性。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Gualou Qumai Powder in treating upper heat and lower cold syndrome of Sjogren′s disease with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 96 patients with upper heat and lower cold syndrome of Sjogren′s disease accompanied by sleep disorders,admitted to Sanming First Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023,were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,including prednisone tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets,while the observation group received the combined treatment of modified Gualou Qumai Powder.The total effective rate of treatment,changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,insomnia scores,and immune function indicators were compared before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed a more significant decrease in TCM symptom scores and insomnia scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum immune function indicators(IgA,IgG,IgM)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed significantly higher serum immune function indicators than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gualou Qumai Powder is effective in treating upper heat and lower cold syndrome of Sjogren′s disease with sleep disorders.It significantly improves clinical symptoms,helps to enhance immune function,and demonstrates good safety.
