加味补中益气汤对腹股沟疝术后心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味补中益气汤对腹股沟疝术后心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者的疗效。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月漳浦县中医院收治的腹股沟疝术后心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予围术期常规方案干预,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用加味补中益气汤治疗,每日1剂,连续干预14 d。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用中医证候积分量表比较2组患者的中医证候,并比较2组引流管撤离时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、中医证候积分均显著低于对照组,观察组引流管撤离时间、切口愈合时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤有助于改善腹股沟疝术后心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,促进快速康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating sleep disorders of heart-spleen deficiency type in patients after inguinal hernia surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep disorders of heart-spleen deficiency type following inguinal hernia surgery,treated at Zhangpu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group received standard perioperative care,while the observation group was additionally treated with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(one dose per day)for 14 consecutive days.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess sleep quality,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were used to evaluate TCM symptoms.The two groups were also compared in terms of drainage tube removal time,incision healing time,length of hospital stay,and bowel sound recovery time.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores compared to the control group.Additionally,the observation group had shorter drainage tube removal time,incision healing time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospital stay,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction improves sleep quality in patients with heart-spleen deficiency type sleep disorders following inguinal hernia surgery and promotes rapid recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
