经方黄连阿胶汤加味治疗女性更年期综合征睡眠障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:验证女性更年期综合征睡眠障碍应用经方黄连阿胶汤加味的疗效是否确切并明确其机制。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月沾化区中医院收治的更年期综合征睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上配合应用经方黄连阿胶汤加味治疗。治疗20 d后评价2组睡眠质量水平、睡眠障碍情况、睡眠障碍中医证候积分变化情况。结果:治疗后,较对照组,观察组匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外患者睡眠障碍中医证候积分水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经方黄连阿胶汤加味的引入为女性更年期综合征睡眠障碍丰富了治疗选择,在纠正患者睡眠障碍、提升睡眠质量、减轻症状中优势更为显著。Objective:To verify the efficacy of modified Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in treating sleep disorders associated with menopausal syndrome in women and to clarify its mechanism.Methods:A total of 80 menopausal syndrome patients with sleep disorders treated at Zhanhua District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in addition to Western medicine.After 20 days of treatment,sleep quality,sleep disorder status,and changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores related to sleep disorders were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed significantly lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the TCM syndrome scores for sleep disorders in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of modified Huanglian Ejiao Decoction provides an enriched therapeutic option for sleep disorders in women with menopausal syndrome.It demonstrates significant advantages in correcting sleep disorders,improving sleep quality,and alleviating symptoms.
