预见性干预在老年患者下肢骨折术后的应用效果及睡眠质量观察

摘　　要：目的:评价对老年人下肢骨折患者进行预见性干预的疗效,并对其治疗效果进行了分析。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月武城县人民医院骨科住院高龄下肢骨折患者115例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分成对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=58),对2组患者的术后并发症、下肢症状、骨折愈合、护理满意度、睡眠质量进行比较。结果:2组DVT和其他并发症发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);手术后,2组止痛和消肿的时间均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);结果表明,观察组治疗骨折的时间、手术时间更短,住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度(98.28%)高于对照组(84.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:对老年人下肢骨折进行预见性干预,可以有效地减少术后并发症,减少患者的康复时间,提高其满意度和睡眠质量。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of predictive interventions for elderly patients with lower limb fractures and analyze their therapeutic outcomes.Methods:A total of 115 elderly inpatients with lower limb fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Wucheng County People′s Hospital,from January to December 2023,were selected for the study.Patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=57)and an observation group(n=58).Postoperative complications,lower limb symptoms,fracture healing,nursing satisfaction,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rates of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and other complications were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative pain relief and swelling reduction times were also significantly shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated shorter fracture treatment durations,surgery times,and hospital stays compared to the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group(98.28%)than in the control group(84.21%)(P<0.05).Additionally,Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)scores were significantly lower in the observation group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive interventions for elderly patients with lower limb fractures effectively reduce postoperative complications,shorten recovery time,and improve patient satisfaction and sleep quality.
