摘　　要：目的:研析个性化心理干预对肝脓肿置管引流术患者应激反应和睡眠的影响评价。方法:选取2023年7月至2024年7月山东大学齐鲁医院感染性疾病科收治的肝脓肿置管引流术患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。观察组实施个性化心理干预+常规护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率以及护理后的C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的引流时间、症状完全消退时间、住院时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论:在肝脓肿置管引流术患者治疗恢复期间,实施个性化心理干预,可以消除患者的负面情绪,提升睡眠质量,在预防应激反应发生、减轻心理负担等方面有着良好的效果。Objective:To evaluate the effects of personalized psychological interventions on stress response and sleep quality in patients undergoing liver abscess drainage surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients undergoing liver abscess drainage surgery at the Department of Infectious Diseases,Qilu Hospital of Shandong University,from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group received personalized psychological interventions combined with routine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing alone.Nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed significantly better sleep quality scores and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications,as well as levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and scores on the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group experienced shorter drainage times,symptom resolution times,and hospital stays compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized psychological interventions during the recovery period for liver abscess drainage surgery patients effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve sleep quality,prevent stress responses,and reduce psychological burden,demonstrating excellent outcomes.
