双心护理联合放松训练的康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析心脏瓣膜置换术患者采取双心护理联合放松训练的康复护理对术后睡眠的影响。方法:选取2023年3月至2024年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的行心脏瓣膜置换术患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予双心护理联合放松训练的康复护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用多导睡眠监测仪检测2组患者干预前后夜间总睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠潜伏期的变化,采用中文版综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁的改善效果,采用中国心血管患者生命质量评定问卷(CQQC)测评2组患者的生命质量。结果:干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组睡眠潜伏期显著低于对照组,夜间总睡眠时间、睡眠效率显著高于对照组,观察组HADS评分显著低于对照组,观察组CQQC评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采取双心护理联合放松训练的康复护理能够有效改善心脏瓣膜置换术患者的睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪,提高生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of dual-heart nursing combined with relaxation training as a rehabilitation care intervention on sleep quality in patients after heart valve replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 94 patients who underwent heart valve replacement surgery at First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=47)and an observation group(n=47).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received dual-heart nursing combined with relaxation training as a rehabilitation care intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess changes in sleep quality,polysomnography was used to monitor changes in total sleep time,sleep efficiency,and sleep latency,and the Chinese version of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)was used to evaluate improvements in anxiety and depression.The Chinese Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Cardiovascular Disease Patients(CQQC)was used to measure quality of life.Results:After the intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly lower PSQI scores compared to the control group.Sleep latency in the observation group was significantly shorter,total sleep time and sleep efficiency were significantly higher,HADS scores were significantly lower,and CQQC scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual-heart nursing combined with relaxation training as a rehabilitation care intervention effectively improves sleep quality,alleviates negative emotions,and enhances the quality of life in patients after heart valve replacement surgery.This approach is worthy of clinical promotion.
