OREM自理理念的舒适预见护理对甲状腺手术患者睡眠改善的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究在对甲状腺手术患者护理时开展OREM自理理念的舒适预见护理对患者睡眠质量改善的效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年10月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的甲状腺手术患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机抽样分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组手术期间实施常规护理,观察组手术期间实施OREM自理理念的舒适预见护理。分析护理前后患者自护能力、疼痛水平、生命质量以及睡眠质量变化。结果:护理后,观察组PSQI评分较对照组低,生命质量评分较对照组高,疼痛程度较对照组低,ESCA评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在对甲状腺手术患者护理时开展OREM自理理念的舒适预见护理可以提升患者睡眠质量以及生命质量,降低疼痛程度,并增加患者自护能力。Objective:To explore the effect of OREM self-care model comfort predictive nursing on improving sleep quality in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 76 thyroid surgery patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care during the surgery,while the observation group received comfort predictive nursing based on the OREM self-care model during the surgery.Changes in patients′self-care ability,pain levels,quality of life,and sleep quality were analyzed before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the observation group had significantly lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,higher quality of life scores,lower pain levels,and higher Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing OREM self-care model comfort predictive nursing during thyroid surgery can enhance sleep quality and quality of life,reduce pain,and improve patients′self-care ability.
