摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理干预对腹股沟疝患者术后恢复的影响,结合患者术后睡眠质量的改善情况进行评价。方法:选取2023年8月至2024年6月漳浦县中医院接受手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组实施优质护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对比2组患者的护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组VAS和HAMD评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝患者的术后恢复期间,实施优质护理干预,对于改善睡眠质量有着良好的效果。Objective:To explore the impact of high-quality nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery of inguinal hernia patients,and evaluate its effect on improving postoperative sleep quality.Methods:A total of 66 inguinal hernia patients who underwent surgical treatment at Zhangpu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2023 to June 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 33 patients in each group.The observation group received high-quality nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing care.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention during the postoperative recovery period of inguinal hernia patients has a positive effect on improving sleep quality.
