人文化干预对上消化道出血患者的睡眠质量影响观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针对上消化道出血患者采取人文化干预的效果。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年8月永泰县医院收治的上消化道出血患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文化干预,比较2组护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠时间(6.85±0.34)h显著高于对照组睡眠时间(5.29±0.39)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组匹兹堡睡眠指数PSQI量表(5.71±0.29)分,显著低于对照组PSQI(6.85±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(81.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化道出血患者应用人文化干预有助于改善患者不良情绪,提高治疗期间舒适度,延长睡眠时间,并提高患者睡眠质量,同时也能有效提高患者满意度,具有较高临床价值。Objective:To study the effect of humanized intervention on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 76 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated at Yongtai County Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received humanized intervention.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group had significantly longer sleep time(6.85±0.34 hours)compared to the control group(5.29±0.39 hours),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was significantly lower(5.71±0.29)than the control group(6.85±0.24),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with good sleep quality in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than in the control group(81.58%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized intervention for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding helps improve patients′negative emotions,increase comfort during treatment,extend sleep time,and improve sleep quality.It also effectively enhances patient satisfaction and has high clinical value.
