摘　　要：目的:探讨全程优质干预对脑垂体瘤患者围术期睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2024年5月安徽蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院神经外科收治的脑垂体瘤患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机划分对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程优质干预。手术前后针对2组患者的睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠指数量表PSQI)以及生命质量(健康调查简表SF-36)进行比较。结果:护理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施全面的高质量护理干预措施,能够显著提升脑垂体瘤患者在手术前后的睡眠质量,并优化其生命质量,因此,该护理模式在临床护理实践中值得广泛采纳与推广。Objective:To investigate the impact of comprehensive high-quality interventions on perioperative sleep quality in patients with pituitary tumors.Methods:A total of 90 patients with pituitary tumors admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive high-quality interventions.Sleep quality,assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and quality of life,evaluated with the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:After nursing intervention,the PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the SF-36 scores were significantly higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive high-quality nursing interventions significantly improve sleep quality and optimize quality of life in patients with pituitary tumors during the perioperative period.This nursing model is highly valuable and recommended for widespread adoption in clinical nursing practice.
