摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病患者发生阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年6月新沂市中医医院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,按照是否发生OSAHS分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=36),对照组未发生OSAHS,观察组发生OSAHS。采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨2型糖尿病患者发生OSAHS的影响因素。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,2型糖尿病患者发生OSAHS的独立危险因素为糖尿病病程(OR=11.766)、糖化血红蛋白(OR=9.650)、血糖波动系数(OR=8.482)、最大血糖波动幅度(OR=50.099)。结论:糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白、血糖波动系数、最大血糖波动幅度等为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征发生的主要影响因素,临床中应注意控制血糖,同时重视睡眠质量、通气功能的改善。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 80 type 2 diabetes patients treated at Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=36)based on the presence of OSAHS.The control group had no OSAHS,while the observation group had OSAHS.A multifactorial logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of OSAHS in type 2 diabetes patients.Results:The multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors for OSAHS in type 2 diabetes patients were the duration of diabetes(OR=11.766),glycated hemoglobin(OR=9.650),blood glucose variability coefficient(OR=8.482),and maximum blood glucose fluctuation(OR=50.099).Conclusion:The duration of diabetes,glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose variability coefficient,and maximum blood glucose fluctuation are the main influencing factors for the occurrence of OSAHS.Clinicians should focus on controlling blood glucose levels and improving sleep quality and ventilation function.
