鼾症患者睡眠呼吸暂停综合护理的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:评估采用综合护理对鼾症患者睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的有效性。方法:选取2023年3月至2024年3月联勤保障部队第910医院耳鼻喉科收治的鼾症合并睡眠呼吸暂停患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。应用多导睡眠监测仪检测2组患者干预前后觉醒指数、夜间最低血氧饱和度、呼吸暂停指数的差异,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁的改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化。结果:干预后,观察组患者睡眠监测仪指标的觉醒指数、呼吸暂停指数均显著低于对照组,夜间最低血氧饱和度显著高于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:给予鼾症合并睡眠呼吸暂停患者综合护理,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量与不良心理状态,对提升患者的生命质量具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing for patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSA).Methods:A total of 80 patients with OSA treated at the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).Polysomnography was used to assess differences in arousal index,nocturnal lowest oxygen saturation,and apnea index before and after intervention.Anxiety and depression were evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Quality of life was assessed using the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower arousal and apnea indices and significantly higher nocturnal lowest oxygen saturation compared to the control group.SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower,while SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for patients with OSA effectively improves sleep quality,alleviates psychological distress,and enhances quality of life.This approach has significant clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
