摘 要:以山东省黑风口隧道超挖控制为研究案例,分析了隧道钻爆掘进方案,使用三维断面扫描仪分析了超挖与欠挖的分布规律,并结合隧道围岩沉降变形特征,得到了调整后的隧道钻爆参数。研究结果表明:Ⅲ级围岩的超挖程度大于Ⅳ级围岩,最大超挖量为22.1 cm,隧道钻爆方案调整后,各级围岩最终的沉降量均小于调整前,其中Ⅳ级围岩调整前后沉降量下降最大,基本维持在1.1 cm左右,通过调整钻爆方案有效控制了隧道围岩沉降和隧道超挖。Takes the overdigging control of tunnel in Shandong Heifengkou Tunnel as a case study,analyzes the tunneling drilling and blasting scheme,uses a three-dimensional cross-section scanner to analyze the distribution law of overdigging and underdigging,and combines with the settlement and deformation characteristics of tunnel surrounding rock to obtain tunnel drilling and blasting parameters,and the research results show that:The overexcavation degree of grade Ⅲ surrounding rock is greater than that of grade Ⅳ surrounding rock,and the maximum overexcavation amount is 22.1 cm.After the adjustment of the tunnel drilling and blasting scheme,the final settlement amount of surrounding rock at all levels is less than that before and after the adjustment,and the settlement amount of the Ⅳ surrounding rock before and after the adjustment is the largest,which is basically maintained at about 1.1 cm.The settlement of the tunnel surrounding rock is effectively controlled by adjusting the drilling and blasting scheme.
