摘　　要：支气管哮喘是小儿常见的慢性肺部疾患,其发病与辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)细胞免疫失衡有关。“左升右降”是肝肺调控机体气升降的概括,与小儿哮喘发病相关。本文从Th17/Treg失衡促进哮喘的发生发展、“左升右降”理论在哮喘病因病机中的作用以及“左升右降”和Th17/Treg免疫平衡的契合性等方面探讨Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡在哮喘中的作用,以期揭示中医药通过调控Th17/Treg失衡防治小儿哮喘的科学内涵。Bronchial asthma is a common chronic lung disease in children,with its onset closely associated with an imbalance between T-helper 17(Th17)lymphocyte/regulatory T(Treg)cells.The concept of“left ascending and right descending”is a summary that liver and lung regulate qi’s ascending and descending,and is related to the onset of pediatric asthma.This paper explores the role of Th17/Treg immune imbalance in asthma from the aspects of Th17/Treg imbalance to promote the occurrence and development of asthma,the role of“left ascending and right descending”theory in the disease cause and mechanism of asthma,and the compatibility of“left ascending and right descending”with Th17/Treg immune balance,so as to illuminate the scientific rationale behind traditional Chinese medicine approaches to preventing and treating pediatric asthma.
