防己黄芪汤合枳术丸加减治疗脾虚痰湿型青春期儿童肥胖临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察防己黄芪汤合枳术丸加减治疗脾虚痰湿型青春期儿童肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取70例脾虚湿阻证单纯性肥胖儿童,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组予以纠正日常行为习惯,观察组在此基础上,口服防己黄芪汤合枳术丸加减,均治疗12周。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、肥胖指标[体质量、体质量指数(BMI)]以及血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)及血清总胆固醇(TC)的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分、BMI、LDL-C、TG及TC均低于治疗前。组间比较,中医证候积分、BMI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:防己黄芪汤合枳术丸加减可治疗青春期儿童肥胖,减轻患儿体质量及BMI。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangji Huangqi Decoction(防己黄芪汤)combined with Zhizhu Pill(枳术丸)in treating obesity in adolescent children of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type.Methods:Seventy cases of adolescents with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given guidance to correct daily behavioral habits,while the treatment group received Fangji Huangqi Decoction combined with Zhizhu Pill with modifications,in addition to the correction of daily behavioral habits.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,along with changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,obesity indexes[body mass,body mass index(BMI)],and serum levels of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,which was higher than that of the control group at 61.54%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in TCM syndrome scores,body mass,BMI,LDL-C,TG,and TC compared to before treatment.The differences of TCM syndrome scores and BMI between the groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fangji Huangqi Decoction combined with Zhizhu Pill can effectively treat obesity in adolescent children,reduce body mass and BMI.
